I agree that the battle is won in the mind, but the battlefield is often played out in the emotions and the one that often suffers most is the physical body.  

I see the body as a much underestimated faithful &#039;servent&#039; who has had to bear the brunt of many misguided actions resulting from decisions made by a mind that is often not conscious of true self.  

As we acknowledge our pain, whether it&#039;s physical, mental or emotional - and heal that suffering consciously, we can gradually become fully conscious.  And by healing the past, we free ourselves up to be more fully present in the here/now.</description>

Lot of pent up emotions would boil up but we should be happy that the negatives are being released. Painful but a welcome pain.
