… and welcome to Conscious Inner Transformation blog.
In brief, to get the ball rolling …
This blog been set up as a supportive environment for souls of like purpose to read articles and share thoughts, find community and validation. In particular, its designed for for Conscious Inner Transformers who share similar traits to myself and others I know.
The Conscious Inner Transformer (CIT) reclaims, heals and transforms with ever-increasing awareness; conscious and sentient; into the expanding wholeness of their potential self.
You will find in this blog more information on the definition of a Conscious Inner Transformer, and also a questionnaire to help you identify if you are such a soul. If you are, then you may find that as this blog grows, it is filled with really useful information for you in your journey to wholeness. It will also be a place where you can add your own comments, ask questions and share your pertinent life experiences with others if you choose.
But for now, welcome!

Thank you to those of you who are sharing this blog address with your friends. We are at a time of great possibilities and more people are feeling a contradiction between ‘how they’ve always acted’ and ‘who they feel they really are inside’.
One thing a Conscious Inner Transformer does is, on feeling the inner discord, we go within, connect with our ‘light/consciousness aspect’ and dive into the murky/subconscious realms where the angst lies. Facing this shadow aspect, bringing light to it, releasing the pain and accepting the often wounded and previously alienated part of ourselves, bridges a gap within us and results in healing – in often profound ways. Letting go of fears that we have held onto, and that have held us in ‘check’ gives us the opportunity to express more of our true nature, which is a liberating feeling.
We’ll be writing articles and more posts on this as time goes by. Don’t forget to bookmark this blog!

There are many who have been on a “spiritual path” for years and yet who have found that simply meditating on the light has not achieved the transformation, self-realization, self-actualization or ‘ascension’ that they are yearning for.
Focusing on the top chakras only, can bring a sense of bliss, understanding and compassion and yet areas of one’s life can still remain painfully turbulent. While there may a sense of transcending, in reality everything we are not aware of or accepting within is projected onto the world instead. And it is this that is the cause of our remaining suffering.
Transformers have found that it is possible to truly embody the Light in the here and now. This is done step by step, by turning and facing one’s unresolved personal issues – or ‘descending’ into one’s lower chakras – bringing the light to shine gently in the darkness.
In this way, we really do heal our inner suffering, we have less to project onto the world and the transformation we yearned for in our lives begins to become apparent.
I find it exciting actually, that we hold such incredible potential in our hands!
